About Us
Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
For your convenience, drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to 'drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. We also offer Care Credit, a financing option you can apply for at the clinic, by phone or on-line. You can use Care Credit for your own health needs as well. www.carecredit.com

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Boarding Policy
For the safety of your pet and the others that may be staying with us, we require all animals be current on vaccines that have been given by a veterinarian. Dogs must also have a current kennel cough vaccine. In order to keep the flea population at the hospital down, we check all arriving pets for fleas. If your pets has fleas, we will apply Advantage or Frontline to your pet at the cost of a single dose. If you have applied a veterinary specific flea product within 3 weeks, we will give an oral medication. We do treat the yard, the clinic and all of our clinic and employee animal for fleas to help decrease the risk of spreading fleas.
If your pet is found to have intestinal parasites (we see them in the stool), we will treat your pet for the parasite and add it to your bill.
We make every effort to keep your pet clean while they are with us, but it is easy to get dirty while out on a walk or by knock over a food or water dish. For this reason, we encourage you to have us bath your pet before you take them home.
Toys, treats, bedding and your pet's usual food are encouraged. Unfortunately, toys and bedding can get wet, stained and broken (destuffed or the like). We feed Science Diet sensitive stomach to both the dogs and the cats.
