Welcome to Parkway Animal Hospital! The building was built in the the 1960's, as you can see by the architecture. We are slowly working on remodeling the building, while keep some of that 1960's feel. Come on in. You are also welcome for a tour or to "come into the back" when you are here for a visit.

When walking in the front door, pay careful attention to the cats sunning themselves on the carpet. They insist on being in the way at all times!

We have been working to update the lobby by painting with retro colors. We are aiming for a 1960's South Florida theme.

We have in house lab equipment in case of emergency, as well as a full service lab to send out non emergent labwork. We love to teach you more about your pet, and show you any cool things we may have seen under the microscope, so just ask us if you want to see.
Our main treatment area is in the center of the hospital and functions as our nerve center. Here you can see us preparing to do delicate surgery on a broken cat birdhouse. The bird house needed IV fluids!

We do any X-rays that might be needed right on sight. This allows Dr Kempf to give you an answer to your question that much quicker. This is an image of several broken toes on a puppy who jumped from a second story balcony. Don't worry, he is doing just fine now that his foot is all healed!
We also work with a moble cardiologist and a internal medicine veterinarians so we can offer ultrasound imagining in clinic.
We work closely with the local veteriary speciality center, if your pet should need a referal to a specialist.
We have seperate cat boarding and dog boarding. The cats even have access to a floor to ceiling cat tree! Dogs get walked 3 times a day in our 3/4 acre fenced yard. We have play time available for well behaved dogs. Play time can be one on one with a staff member or with one of our test pups, for an additional fee.
